How does GymLink membership work?
GymLink provides a single membership that gives you access to multiple premium gyms across New Zealand. Simply scan your digital QR code at the reception of any partner gym to gain entry. You can visit one gym per day with your membership.

Yes, GymLink offers flexible memberships with no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
How do I report a technical issue with the app?
If you're experiencing technical difficulties with the GymLink app, you can report the issue through the contact form on this page. Select "Technical Support" as the subject and provide details about the problem you're experiencing. Our tech team will respond promptly to help resolve the issue.
How can my gym become a GymLink partner?
