Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver

GymLink provides access to multiple partner gyms under a single membership. Each gym may have its own specific rules and regulations, which you are required to follow.

Your GymLink membership is strictly for personal use. If you are found to be bringing a non-GymLink member into any partner gym, your membership will be terminated immediately without refund, and you will be permanently banned from using GymLink's services.

All membership fees must be paid in full in advance according to the terms of your selected plan. If any payment is missed or fails, GymLink will automatically suspend your access, and the app will stop functioning until the outstanding balance is settled.

GymLink reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services at any time without prior notice. This includes removing partner gyms from the network. In such cases, we will strive to provide alternative options, but GymLink is not obligated to offer refunds or compensation for changes to the service.

GymLink may terminate or suspend your membership for violating these terms, engaging in misconduct, or failing to make payments. Additionally, any misuse of gym facilities, including unauthorised access by non-members, will result in immediate termination.

You are expected to follow the rules of each partner gym, maintain good hygiene, respect other members, and use equipment responsibly. Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in membership termination.

GymLink reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

You fully understand and acknowledge that participation in physical activities, use of exercise equipment, and access to fitness facilities provided by GymLink or any partner gym carries inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of these facilities and participation in fitness programs, classes, or activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymLink, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, partners, and any participating gyms are not responsible or liable in any way for any injury, harm, loss, damage, or death resulting from your use of or access to any fitness facility or participation in any fitness activity. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, liability for negligence, whether active or passive, or any other fault by GymLink or its partners.

GymLink does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding your physical condition, fitness for a particular exercise, or the safety of fitness activities. You are solely responsible for determining if you are medically capable of engaging in physical activity. GymLink and its partner gyms will not be liable for any injury or medical condition arising from your participation in any activity.

You agree to use all equipment and facilities in a safe and appropriate manner and acknowledge that improper use may result in injury. GymLink and its partner gyms are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents arising from your improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

You understand and agree that GymLink and its partner gyms are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property, whether on-site at the gym or during participation in fitness activities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GymLink, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partner gyms from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your participation in any fitness activities or use of any fitness facilities, including any claim for injury, damage, or death.

By using GymLink services and accessing partner gym facilities, you agree that this waiver is binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. You agree not to bring any lawsuit or legal action against GymLink or its partners for any injury, damage, or loss you may suffer.

You acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and you voluntarily agree to its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use GymLink or any associated gym facilities.
